Thank you for shopping with Mold in Moments! Every order ships from Kochi, Kerala via India Post, with tracking.
Order processing We pack and dispatch orders the same or next business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times 🚚 Free shipping on all orders above ₹899. For orders below that, a flat rate applies based on your location:
- Kerala — ₹70 — 1–3 business days
- South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Puducherry, Lakshadweep) — ₹TBD — 3–5 business days
- West & Central India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu) — ₹TBD — 5–6 business days
- North & Northeast India (Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and all Northeast states, Andaman & Nicobar) — ₹TBD — 6–8 business days

Tracking your order Once shipped, we'll send a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your address and pincode at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, and re-delivery may involve an additional charge.
Damaged in transit We pack every order with care, but if yours arrives damaged, email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement. (See our Refund Policy for details.)
