Thank you for shopping with Mold in Moments! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Order processing We pack and dispatch orders the same or next business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- 🚚 Free shipping on all orders above ₹899
- Within Kerala: a flat ₹89
- Other states: calculated by your pincode — you'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay
Estimated delivery times
- Near Kochi: 2–3 business days
- Across Kerala: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: typically 4–8 business days, depending on your location
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally take a little longer during festivals, sales, or due to courier or weather delays — thank you for your patience.
Tracking your order Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address and pincode at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, and re-delivery may involve an additional shipping charge.
Damaged in transit We pack every kit with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a free replacement. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
