Refund policy
We want you to love your Mold in Moments experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our return window You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
What can be returned Because our kits contain air-dry clay and paints that can't be reused once opened, we can only accept returns on kits that are unopened and in their original, unused condition (seal intact, original packaging). You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll reply with the return address and simple instructions on where to send your kit.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — items returned without an approved request can't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (see below).
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items — we'll make it right Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at moldinmoments@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — you won't need to send it back. This is the fastest way to sort things out.

- Opened or used kits (for quality and hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once it's approved, place a new order.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your returned kit, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 7–10 business days. (For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll arrange a bank or UPI transfer.) Please note your bank may take a little extra time to post the refund.
